Complex projects need clear ownership, sound sequencing, and steady coordination across organizations. Relay brings those pieces together.

02 / APPROVALS

Permitting & agency coordination

Map approval pathways, align stakeholders, surface risks early, and keep regulatory commitments connected to project milestones.

03 / CONTROL

Schedule & program support

Build useful schedules, coordinate dependencies, and turn project information into concise reporting that helps teams make decisions.

A steady partner

Make the next step clear.

Relay Development Group supports the connective work behind successful projects: aligning public agencies and delivery teams, anticipating approval needs, and translating complexity into a practical path forward.

From early planning through active delivery, the focus stays on people, commitments, and decisions that keep the project moving.

“Good coordination makes the hard parts visible early—and gives every partner a way to move forward.”Relay Development Group
